I have used Rosha Group and Ali Rostamian for over 15 years to look after my IT requirements. Initially it was at my architectural practice where Ali was responsible for all our IT installations. These included assistance with the selection and procurement of hardware, including computers, laptops, servers and other requirements. The software istallations were carried out efficiently and upgrades to hardware where complex CAD systems required higher performance were carefully analysed. Programs relating to staff timesheeting, email filing and retrieval as well as day to day troubleshooting were also included in the tasks. For the past 4 years Ali has been looking after our family computer requirements, particularly concentrating on cyber security. I have always found Ali exremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise, and most importantly he is usually immediately available and if not returns calls within a short period of time. Often issues are able to be dealt with remotely at the same time. I have no hesitation, based on my experience, of recommending Rosher Group for both large and small scale IT requirements.

We received IT services related to Microsoft 365 from the Rosha Group team, and we are extremely satisfied with their support. They were very patient and professional, guiding us step by step to resolve an issue we were experiencing with one of our clients.

They successfully set up the Microsoft 365 API with our WordPress website using modern technology, enabling all submitted client forms to be securely sent through the Microsoft API directly to the client’s email.
